Readymix concrete mixes in Dubai, by structural element
Each family below is matched to a part of the structure, from blinding at formation level to the slabs at roof level. Read what each mix does, where it goes and what we adjust, then send us the element and its exposure for a quote.

Gunite readymix
Gunite is concrete projected through a nozzle onto a prepared surface, so it suits retaining faces, excavation walls and shapes that formwork handles badly. It has to bond on contact and carry its own weight while it stiffens. We set the aggregate size for the nozzle, the slump for the pump, and the retarder for the distance from Al Quoz to your site, so the mix arrives sprayable.
-
Screed readymix
Screed sits on top of the slab and takes the floor finish, so its job is level and surface, not load. In Dubai the risk is a thin layer drying too fast and curling at the edges. We tune the slump so it spreads without bleeding, add fibre at the dosage your engineer sets, and recommend night or early pours in summer so curing starts before the sun is up.
-
Shoring readymix
Shoring concrete holds back soil around a basement dig until the permanent walls can do it themselves. It has to reach strength on a predictable timeline, because the excavation sequence depends on it. On coastal plots it also sits against saline groundwater for months. We fix the strength class to the temporary design, set the retarder for travel and placing time, and adjust the mix when the ground is aggressive.
-
Piling readymix
A bored pile is poured blind, often through a tremie pipe into a hole full of water or support fluid, so the concrete has to compact itself around the reinforcement cage with no vibration. It then spends its working life in the ground, and in coastal and reclaimed districts that ground carries chlorides and sulphates. We hold a high slump through the pour, size the aggregate for the cage spacing, and design the binder for the exposure.
-
Substructure readymix
Everything under ground level carries the building and cannot be inspected once backfilled. In the coastal districts of Dubai the groundwater is saline, with chlorides that attack steel and sulphates that attack the cement paste. That is why buried concrete needs a designed mix. We batch on OPC and GGBS, set the strength class from your structural drawings, and adjust slump and retarder so a large raft stays workable from first truck to last.
-
Superstructure readymix
The frame carries the loads shown on the drawings, so strength class drives this mix. The exposure differs from below ground: heat, wind and direct sun on fresh slabs, especially on desert-edge plots. We set slump for the pump and the hour of the pour, adjust aggregate size to congested reinforcement, and plan summer slabs for night or early starts so curing can begin before the heat arrives.
-
Blinding readymix
Blinding is not structural. It goes down first, over compacted ground, so reinforcement sits on a clean level base and the structural concrete above is not contaminated by soil. On reclaimed land it also separates the foundation from wet, saline ground during construction. We supply it at a modest strength class and a slump that spreads easily, in any quantity, since blinding volumes are often small.
-
Fibre-reinforced readymix
Fresh concrete shrinks as it loses water, and on an exposed Dubai slab it loses water fast. Fibres distributed through the mix hold the surface together during that early stage and limit plastic cracking. They do not replace the reinforcement your engineer has designed. We add fibre at the specified dosage, check the slump after dosing so the mix still places well, and batch it for screeds, slabs and gunite.
Why choose us?
-
Exposure-led design
Mixes for buried elements in coastal districts are designed against the chlorides and sulphates in saline groundwater, with GGBS in the binder alongside OPC.
-
Adjusted to the spec
Strength class, slump, retarder, fibre dosage and aggregate size all follow the specification your engineer has issued for that element.
-
Curing planned in
On desert-edge plots, wind and sun dry fresh slabs fast. Night or early summer pours give curing a head start before the heat.
